At ZayFitCore Fitness Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as worn apparel, personal-use equipment, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
